    It\’s Monday, and that means I have posts at the Writer\’s Retreat and Nightlight today!  What\’s up?

    In the spirit of taking photographs of what I see around me, I had fun with my phone\’s camera during a recent flight across country.  The interesting part?  The photos don\’t really resemble land; more like, meringue, clouds, and the ocean.  What do you think?  Up in the Air.

  • Dance, Dance, Dance

    I am both excited and nervous.  I decided to sign up for the basic belly dance class at Arabesque in Chicago and am going for the first time today.  I\’m sitting here, drinking coffee, totally nervous.

    Does that ever happen to you?  Are there things you\’d like to try this year that are scary to you?  Take heart.  Trust that this is the year, now is the time.

    After all, it\’s always easier to give advice than receive it. ~grin~
