  1. I love walking, and the hills in my neighborhood are great for stretching the leg muscles. I admit, it can sometimes be hard to get motivated, especially in extreme heat or cold.

  2. My knees are too shot to do squats of any flavor. My ortho told me I can’t even do treadmills. Bike for now, maybe elliptical later. maybe.

    But, literally, I feel your pain.
