  1. Sorry to hear you\’ve been under a lot of stress lately. I admit, exercising in winter is the hardest. Too cold to do much outside, and some days it\’s hard to find the motivation to pop in that walking DVD. Much easier to curl up under a blanket with a good book!

  4. Thanks for the tips. I\’m pretty stressed right now. Between working 50 hours a week at the day job, having a deadline for a pair of socks I\’m knitting and a deadline for a blackworked chemise, and trying to write, I\’m feeling overwelmed. I barely put in 8.5 hours today because of a nagging headache.
