  2. Stress? What stress? I don’t think I’ve ever known a day without it, at least in the last decade or so. Some days I’d rather pull the covers over my head than take a walk.

  4. *sighs* I knew all of this about managing stress, but I don’t practice much of it nearly enough. I do try to walk/run at least 2 miles 4 or 5 times a week, but I need to do more, like massages and yoga and swimming. Obviously, since I’m still constantly battling stress.

    So there’s a Noony channel? Really? Why does that amuse me so? *runs to youtube*

  5. LOL – Finding a good massage therapist is stressful.

    I have to admit I always feel better after a walk or bike ride and try to do one or both every day.
